Stress all round

Every Christmas we have this big feast. And like I think everyone is with me on this one, "Christmas is not Christmas without food". Well this one Christmas I had to put COOKIES!!! out for Santa. I actually snuck in and ate all of them : D. The next morning I woke up and there was no presents. I was acting very depressed so I went to go do a prank on my mum to make me feel better. I grabbed a bucket and filled it with water. I creped up into her room and then soaked her. Then I went to go do it to my brother I was slightly tipping it on his face and whispering " Your drowning, Your drowning". He woke and tried to beat me up, It was hilarious. But it still didn't make me feel better. So I went to go and eat xD.


About an hour that I went to go look at the lounge to see if the presents were miss placed. It took me about an hour just to look around the whole lounge. That was the point I was getting frustrated. I thought to myself why didn't I get any presents for CHRISTMAS, and I was thinking doesn't everyone get presents from Santa. Then it was lunch time that is probably my favourite part of any day. Me my Mum My dad and Brother, were sitting and eating in peace until I asked my mum " why didn't I get any presents? Well it isn't Christmas yet. Turns out there was a week to go till Christmas. I started laughing and I could\not stop : D.

                                                     

Netbook Reflection 2012

It has been an awesome year. We are in term 4 with about 1 more week of school left. Every second to last week before the term finishes we have to take our, Netbook, our netbook bag and our charger to see if they're in good condition. Then they come back so we can take them home over the christmas holidays. It has been a challenge throughout this year to try be responsible, to take care of my Netbook.

Being cybersmart is very very easy, all it means is that you have to be smart on any piece of tech. I like to be creative with my netbook especially with my writing. I think that our netbooks help us with solving problems, because if we're not really sure what the answer is then we can just use the internet :D. Also we need our netbooks to take charge of why we have them. If we don't know anything, we don’t have to bother a student or a teacher, we can just search it up on the internet.

My dream improvement is, Making our netbooks faster to turn on. I also want the internet to be a lot faster. I have actually noticed that the hinges are very weak so that means they can break easily. Also it would be very cool if the class would be able to share up to 2-3 Ipads so that means we won’t need that many Imacs. It would make our creating more portable!

Overall this year I think it has been great working with our netbooks and it was really fun. I’d like to say thank- you to Mr and Mrs Burt for making all of this possible. Next Year I would like to improve on my writing and maths but I know i’ll get better because we have our netbooks.

CAMP!!

The best day of my life

Hello my name is WARF I live in the sea, the thing I hate about my job is always getting budged and pushed around by boats but today it was something different...

A little boy I think his name was Isaiah was in a group getting ready to do their activity at Kawau island. I saw them talking about all of the rules. Then they had to chose their sailing boats. All of them had to push their boats into the water and then hop in them and then sail off. Well Isaiah was the odd one out another girl went to go chose the green boat but then he wanted to be mean so he ran to it instead. So she went to the blue boat. Lucky for her that she did chose that boat.

Off they went out to sea NEK MINUTE Isaiah didn’t put the tiller to the sail so he ended up crashing into me. It hurt so much that I put all of my force into that boat that he was set free. That wasn’t my whole plan he was actually supposed to fall in the water. But I finally stood up for myself :). I saw a hole group of people just sail out to the sea. And that was the best day of my life.

Aliens every where

BRRRRRRRRRR. As the bell rings all of the students of Point England school run out of the school gates I think why does everybody think school is so boring. I got home and it was dead silent. I thought it was weird so I went hunting for my parents and brother. I heard a coughing noise so I tippy toed following the sound I got closer and closer to the road. I saw something in the sky, a U.F.O!!! I realized it was still silent I ran back inside. And before you know it My parents were there acting like nothing has ever happened. I thought that it was really awkward because they were just staring at the TV. I walked in front of them and there face were alien faces.


Oh My Gosh. I looked at them in shock, then ran for my life. Help , Help ,Help. Where is everybody I thought to myself. I saw a shadow on the wall it was leaning and it was walking really slow. So I followed the shadow. I stopped and stared at it and it turned out to be my mum that had just woken up in the middle of the night. Hahaha Then I went back to sleep.

My Holiday

One time I remember that me and my family went on a holiday. I forgot where we were going. We were driving then it came to a huge hill, when we were going up I saw some tanks in the bushes. I thought that it was pretty weird but I didn’t care. Once we got up the hill, I saw 2 souljahs. First they were acting cool they jogged down the hill. There was a little bump on the road, I thought they saw it but then they both tripped and both of there legs flew up.


After me and my mum finished laughing we were going to ask if they needed help. But they both  had guns. We drove off. We got to our lodge and it was right next to a water hole, with a cliff. I went inside and then got changed into my togs. I asked my mum if we could go. Then she said yes. We walked over, that was the first time I had ever been to a water hole. My mum told me to swim over to the cliff. When I got there there, there was a rope attached to the side of the hill. I grabbed onto that and climbed up. As soon as I got up I saw a drop I was so scared but then I got over my fear and jumped. I thought I would hit the ground but I didn't it was cool as.
